Return Period
Art workshop registrations may be cancelled and refunded if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time. Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion and availability of replacement participants.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. The workshop must not have already occurred, and you must not have attended any portion of the workshop. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Return Shipping Costs
As we provide educational services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. All refund processing fees, if any, will be borne by us and will not be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process
To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us via email or our contact form with your registration details, including your name, email address, and the workshop date. We will confirm receipt of your request and process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Workshops that have already been completed are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, private workshop sessions that have been partially or fully completed cannot be refunded. Any art supplies or resources provided during workshops are considered part of the service and are not subject to separate return policies.
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights are preserved. We reserve the right to modify this policy, but any changes will not affect returns initiated before the modification date.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available workshop. We will notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible.
Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval of your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
